The state, filling as it goes
Decided and Committed carry a count and never empty out mid-meeting. Each card holds the sentence that produced it, the minute it was said, and for a commitment, the person who made it.
Every category, and its tally
Below the critique rule sits every kind of finding the critic can raise, each with how many it has actually raised — one contradiction here, and zero of everything else, which it shows you rather than hides.
A question you can ask out loud
Every finding drafts the follow-up with it. Noticing a contradiction is the easy half; saying something without derailing the room is the hard half, and the app writes that sentence for you.
Deep dive, when a glance isn’t enough
A finding worth more than a glance can be handed to a second, larger model with the full transcript behind it — on request, not on every tick.

Separate from the record, and held to a harder standard: a finding reaches the screen only with the sentence that caused it. At most three at a time, ranked by severity.

This week’s plan quietly reverses what was decided three weeks ago.
Gap
The question that was asked, deflected, and never came back.
All talk, no plan
Twenty minutes of agreement with no owner, no date, no next step.

A number that decides the roadmap, sourced from nowhere.

A stated fact that does not survive contact with the record.

Nothing is captured until you press Start, and the consent rules of your jurisdiction are yours to honour — the app requires you to acknowledge that before the first run.
Raw audio is never stored
Audio is processed in the moment for transcription and critique. After the meeting ends, the audio is gone — transcripts and findings remain yours.

Your local meeting history lives in an encrypted database on your machine, keyed through your OS keychain.

On-device processing behind a hard network boundary is in preview, not finished. Until it ships properly, treat ReelMeeting as a cloud-processing tool.

- macOS 13+ is the version to use today. A Windows installer exists and now carries the audio engine, but nobody has run it on real Windows hardware yet — so it's untested rather than supported, and we won't claim either way until someone has.
ReelMeeting is a desktop app. These are installers for macOS and Windows — a phone or tablet cannot open them. Open this page on your computer and the right build will be waiting.
There is no Linux build yet. ReelMeeting ships for macOS and Windows only — we would rather say so than hand you an installer that cannot run.
